Donor members are those individuals who are not necessarily associated with The Foundation but who wish to make an annual donation to The Foundation. A Donor Member is entitled to receive a membership certificate and to be acknowledged in any suitable manner by the Board. Donor Members are not entitled to vote in meetings of The Foundation, but are entitled to receive notices and attend meetings with no right to speak.
