Commercial organizations of any kind whether incorporated or not, or whether having a professional nature or not, or are associated with The Foundation, are eligible to become Associate Members of The Foundation. An Associate member is entitled to receive a membership certificate and to be acknowledged in any suitable manner determined by the Board. Associate Members are not entitled to vote in meetings of The Foundation, but are entitled to receive notices and attend meetings with to speak.
