The Multi-Cultural Educational Foundation is a non-profit foundation established to help young men and women who are interested in learning first hand about foreign cultures and languages, but lack the means to do so.
The foundation shares the belief that studying and working abroad is not only a life-changing experience, but also a unique way for people to develop essential communication skills that will aid in the pursuit of individual goals and in the enhancement of harmony between humans around the world.
The foundation believes that the demand for people who adapt quickly to new and bizarre situations and assimilate to new cultures will grow continuously.Businesses, governments and everyday life will be affected by globalization, and with this in mind the foundation stands as a means for students to develop their personal and professional position.
The students will be chosen after a review of their application, submitted through the website, and the arrangements in China will be handled by the foundation's liaison companies in Shanghai, in a large part by the Shanghai Kang Xing Education Foundation, a non-profit organization.
